NEOSPACE sells complete modular products, individual components, replacement parts, upgrade parts, accessories, kits and other physical goods. You are responsible for checking all product details before ordering, including dimensions, compatibility, quantity, delivery details, site access, intended use and suitability for your location. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, our products are supplied for self-assembly and must be assembled, installed, reconfigured, maintained and used strictly in accordance with all instructions, labels, warnings, load limits, anchoring requirements and safety information provided with the product or made available on our website. You must not modify, overload, climb on, stand on, hang from, electrically alter, misuse, combine with incompatible parts, or use any product or component for an unintended purpose. Individual components are supplied as components only and, unless expressly stated by us in writing, are not sold as certified standalone structures or as suitable for any specific structural, load-bearing, safety-critical or building-code-compliant purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that any product, component, kit, configuration, customer-created assembly or third-party design is suitable for your intended use, site conditions, building, workplace, landlord requirements, regulatory requirements and any applicable building codes or standards. NEOSPACE does not provide building certification, structural engineering advice, architectural advice, fire compliance advice, workplace compliance advice, accessibility advice, landlord approval, certifier approval or regulatory approval unless expressly agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, NEOSPACE is not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused or contributed to by incorrect assembly, failure to follow instructions, misuse, modification, reconfiguration, incompatible parts, customer-created designs, third-party designs, site conditions, failure to obtain approvals, or use outside our stated instructions and intended purpose.
