Shipping policy

We deliver products to the delivery areas stated on our website or as otherwise agreed with you. Delivery timeframes shown on the website or provided during checkout are estimates only and may change due to stock availability, production timing, freight availability, carrier delays, access issues, customs or import delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Some NEOSPACE products and components may be large, heavy, bulky, fragile, delivered in multiple cartons, or delivered by courier, freight or pallet service. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery location is safe, accessible and suitable for delivery, including suitable parking, loading access, lift access, stair access, corridor access, doorway clearance, site opening hours, building management approval and any required delivery permissions. If delivery cannot be completed because information is incorrect, access is unsuitable, nobody is available to receive the delivery where required, or the site is unsafe, we may charge reasonable redelivery, storage, waiting, handling or return costs, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided, collected by you, or left in a nominated safe place if you authorise unattended delivery.
