You bring the market, the customer, the use case, or the expertise. We bring the physical backbone: components, manufacturing pathways, assembly logic, and a system designed to repeat.
So you can spend less time building the thing behind the thing, and more time selling what only you can sell.
A Product Partner creates a new product using NEOSPACE as the underlying physical system.
The final product may include NEOSPACE structures, components, frames, interfaces, panels, skins, modules, or other system logic, but the partner must add enough value for the result to stand as a distinct product.
That could mean a new lighting product, acoustic product, display product, signage product, smart-space product, brand activation product, automation product, storage product, wellness product, or another application that NEOSPACE could not do itself.
The partner must also have a real path to market. Product Partners are expected to sell through their own channels, customer base, brand, sales team, or distribution network.
Product Partners can build products that use NEOSPACE as the foundation and then add their own specialist layer.
A print and signage company might create a spatial signage or branded display product. A lighting company might create a lighting system built into NEOSPACE frames. An acoustic company might create acoustic environments using NEOSPACE structures. An automation company might create sensor, control, or smart-space products that live inside the system.
The key requirement is that the partner creates something meaningfully new. It must solve a specific problem, serve a specific market, and add value beyond what the base NEOSPACE system already does.
Because building the physical foundation from scratch is slow, expensive, and full of invisible work.
Before a physical product can be sold, someone has to solve the structure, connection method, tolerances, parts, suppliers, production, assembly, packaging, logistics, safety, and repeatability.
NEOSPACE gives Product Partners a working physical base, so they can spend less time building the thing behind the product and more time building the product itself.
The value is speed, focus, and leverage. You can focus on your niche, customer, brand, distribution, and specialist product layer, instead of trying to invent an entire modular manufacturing system first.
A strong Product Partner has four things.
They have a real product idea. They have the ability to add meaningful value on top of NEOSPACE. They have distribution or a credible path to customers. And they have the quality, execution, and long-term potential to represent the system well.
Product Partners will go through a screening process with NEOSPACE. We assess whether the proposed product is distinct enough, whether the partner can distribute it, whether the market is real, whether the product can be built safely and repeatably, and whether the partnership strengthens the NEOSPACE ecosystem.
We are not looking for companies that only want access to parts. We are looking for companies that can build real products on top of the system.
We start by understanding the product idea, the target customer, the partner’s role, and the distribution plan.
Then we assess whether the product is sufficiently developed beyond the base NEOSPACE system. We also review technical feasibility, manufacturing implications, brand fit, safety, market potential, and the partner’s ability to sell or distribute the product independently.
If there is a strong fit, the next step may be concept development, prototype review, pilot production, commercial terms, or an approved partner product pathway.
A Solution Partner uses NEOSPACE to create solutions for different customer needs.
This could be a fitout company using NEOSPACE to deliver adaptable workplace zones. A print or signage company using NEOSPACE to create spatial brand activations. An automation integrator using NEOSPACE as the physical base for intelligent environments. A procurement partner using NEOSPACE to deliver repeatable systems across hotels, education, offices, or residential portfolios.
Unlike a Product Partner, a Solution Partner is not required to create one new standalone product. Their value is in configuring, selling, delivering, or implementing the NEOSPACE system in ways that suit different clients.
Solution Partners can sell NEOSPACE-based solutions into their own markets.
That could include adaptable office fitouts, branded display environments, reusable exhibition structures, acoustic zones, workplace privacy systems, smart-space integrations, signage structures, education spaces, hospitality packages, residential amenity systems, or other project-specific outcomes.
A Solution Partner may use existing NEOSPACE products. They may configure the system differently for each customer. They may request approved third-party modules. They may co-develop a solution with NEOSPACE for a specific market.
The key is that they use the system to create real customer outcomes, not just resell parts.
Because many solution providers already know their customers, but they do not have a scalable physical system behind their offer.
Without NEOSPACE, every solution can become a one-off build. More custom design. More fabrication. More suppliers. More coordination. More labour. More risk. More time lost before the solution reaches the customer.
NEOSPACE gives Solution Partners a repeatable physical base. They can configure it for different customers, different sites, and different use cases without rebuilding the foundation every time.
That means more creativity, less backend complexity, and a stronger offer to the market.
A strong Solution Partner has customer access, market knowledge, delivery capability, and a real use case for the NEOSPACE system.
They may be a fitout provider, workplace consultant, automation integrator, print and signage company, exhibition builder, FF&E supplier, procurement partner, installer, commercial furniture dealer, hospitality supplier, education supplier, or another company with repeat customer demand.
We are not looking for passive resellers. We are looking for partners who can sell, configure, deliver, certify, support, or implement NEOSPACE-based solutions properly.
A Product Partner creates a new product on top of NEOSPACE and distributes that product through their own channels.
A Solution Partner uses NEOSPACE to deliver different solutions for different customers. They may configure existing products, combine product families, add approved partner modules, or work with NEOSPACE to develop a solution for a specific project or market.
Product Partners expand what the system can become.
Solution Partners expand where and how the system is used.
Potentially, yes.
In the future, approved Product Partner components may be used inside Solution Partner offerings where they fit the customer need, technical requirements, and commercial model.
For now, this will be controlled by NEOSPACE. Compatibility, safety, quality, warranty, brand use, and customer responsibility must be clear before any partner component is used in a solution.
