Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect component selection, incorrect quantity, failure to check dimensions, failure to check compatibility, or failure to confirm site suitability before ordering. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure, you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced. If you believe a product or component is faulty, damaged, incomplete or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us before returning it. We may ask for order details, photos, videos, product labels, component details, assembly details or other information so we can assess the issue. For large, heavy, assembled, installed or bulky products, we may arrange an appropriate assessment, repair, replacement, collection or return process where required by law.
